Creative actions also encourage us to have fun while putting in the much needed hard work. So often in movement work do we become overwhelmed by the difficulty and the length of our struggles that we forget to step back and appreciate the immense joy in working with our communities and for our collective futures and happiness. This joy is what sustains us to carry on and keep fighting.
