This Dues Waiver is intended solely as a way to ensure that all individuals who are already active in the organization are able to become members and participate in governance matters (vote at the regional conferences/AGM and/or vote in the election of the Board of Directors).

The Dues Waiver should be used only for individuals who have been, and intend to continue to be active in the organization and are unable to afford membership. 

Requests for Dues Waivers must be resubmitted and reexamined on an annual basis. Membership will be valid 30 days from when the Dues Waiver form is received by AIUSA.
